We need to find a way to equal all the houses out in numbers of students, or at least get House Rufflescrubb up to par with the others.

On the one hand, I hear this. On the other, I like the idea of the houses determining their own size but, as Mia said, then we grade on a curve to make all things equal. I don't want to force someone to be in a house they don't want to be in, you know?
